As some of you may know, a political party leaflet was distributed to Kidsgrove residents suggesting that patients find it difficult to get an appointment at Mount Road Practice.
Understandably, we have been extremely concerned and disappointed about this misinformation.
We would like to put our patients minds at ease that this information is not in line with the feedback that we receive from our patients monthly and we have written to the Labour team to explain this.
Our letter response is attached below.
We are extremely fortunate to have a proactive Patient Participation Group with whom we share the feedback and seek their input on our appointment system.
We would welcome anybody who would like further clarification to contact our surgery and speak to our practice manager or engage with us in the patient participation group meetings.
