Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia support and research charity. They provide expert information, advice and support to people living with dementia and their carers, including local support services, friendly guidance, practical resources and an online community, to help navigate the challenges that come with dementia.
At the session, Hazel will talk about:

✅ Support services available locally and nationally.
✅ Helpful leaflets and resources to take away.
