We value all feedback received and regular discuss the feedback during monthly Practice Meetings. We are then able to make any changes in order to improve the service patients receive.
Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you need to make a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone, email or if you prefer, in writing. We will respond in writing within 28 days.
