• View your record – access your GP medical record securely

Don’t forget that we have our drop in clinic tomorrow afternoon where our team will be here to help you get set up and navigate around the app, no need to book, just turn up at the surgery any time between 13:00 – 15:00.
Please do not forget, you will need to bring a valid ID, ideally a passport or driving licence.
